Services are provided according to the agreed project proposal, quotation, or written scope of work approved by both parties. Project timelines, deliverables, pricing, and requirements are confirmed before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our company values, policies, or applicable laws.
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions, modifications, or requests outside the original scope may require additional charges and revised timelines.
Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the direction or quality of the project, you may request a refund before final approval and delivery.
Refund requests are reviewed promptly and processed fairly based on the stage of the project and work completed. Once final deliverables have been approved, delivered, or commercially used by the Client, refunds are no longer applicable.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Project delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required information or approvals do not constitute a breach by the Company.
Upon full payment, ownership rights for the final approved deliverables are transferred to the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Aspire Visionary Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio, marketing materials, or promotional content unless confidentiality or non-disclosure has been requested in writing.
The Client confirms that any materials, content, or assets provided to the Company are properly owned or licensed for use.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive, proprietary, or non-public information shared during the course of the project. This obligation remains in effect after project completion.
The Company's total liability for any project or service engagement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
Aspire Visionary Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Aspire Visionary Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
