By engaging Aspire Visionary Solutions ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms, which govern all service engagements including website design, eBook writing, logo design, content writing, and related creative services.
We provide the services outlined in your agreed project brief or proposal. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or applicable law.
You may request a full refund at any stage of your project, for any reason. No justification required.

Payment terms are specified in your project proposal. A deposit may be required before work begins; the remaining balance is due upon delivery. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials do not constitute a breach by the Company.
Upon full payment, all rights in the final deliverables transfer to you. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. You confirm that any materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed.
Both parties will keep confidential any sensitive or non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after project completion.
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
